1. SERVICES: The Client subscribes to the monthly cleaning service of Operation Happy Clean LLC. The subscription includes two scheduled trash bin cleaning visits per month at the Client's address.

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT: The subscription fee is $60 USD per month. Payment is made on a recurring basis each month on the established start date. The Client authorizes the Company to charge this monthly amount until a written notice of cancellation is received by the Company.

3. SCHEDULING: The Client shall indicate their local municipal trash collection day on the registration form. The Company will perform the two monthly visits on dates near that day, following a confirmation sent in advance.

4. CANCELLATION: The Client may cancel this subscription at any time by notifying the Company at least 5 days before the next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for cancellation.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Company agrees to provide professional and quality service. The Client agrees to ensure safe access to the trash containers and to provide clear updates regarding any changes to address or timing.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Company is not liable for any property damage caused by factors outside of its reasonable control, including extreme weather or structural issues with the trash containers themselves.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Contract constitutes the final and complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous verbal or written communications.
